What is the exact time of the Dependency Hearing? I’ve seen the times of both 2 pm and 3 pm posted on various sites referencing the rally. How early should one be there to attempt to gain entry to the courthouse hearing? Are there any special rules or regulations hearing attendees must be aware of prior to arriving at the courthouse?
